About the Role
The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Ben Stelter School Fundraiser by managing administrative tasks, scheduling, interdepartmental communication, and event coordination. This role requires working closely with the Deputy Directors to ensure smooth operations and successful project execution. The position is ongoing, with potential for future growth.
Responsibilities
– Booking & Scheduling
– Coordinating meetings, calls, and appointments.
– Sending timely reminders to ensure smooth scheduling.
– Administrative Support & Compliance
– Handling routine administrative tasks.
– Ensuring adherence to organizational policies and guidelines.
– Project Coordination
– Collaborating with Deputy Directors Anandita Shah and Aidan Arndt to track milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
– Supporting documentation, progress tracking, and timeline management.
– Process Improvement
– Identifying operational challenges and suggesting solutions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
– Organizational Skills – Ability to multitask while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
– Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication for effective collaboration.
– Technical Proficiency – Experience with office tools for task tracking and documentation.
– Interpersonal Skills – Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
